Abstract:
采用空心阴极等离子烧结方法进行了钨及其合金的烧结机理和工艺研究.结果表明,空心阴极烧结的纯钨试样组织致密、表面光滑.密度可达17.8 g/cm3以上;空心阴极烧结铈钨试样时,由于CeO2在烧结过程中的挥发.影响了空心阴极放电的稳定性.需要仔细控制工艺过程,进而进行保温烧结.
