Abstract：
本文对清洁发展机制的产生理论依据进行分析,并对清洁发展机制项目在中国的开展情况进行了研究。清洁发展机制在中国的实践中已经有了一些成功的项目,所以本文选取具有代表性的成功案例,运用经济学及管理学方法理论分析清洁发展机制为中国带来的经济利益。最后在分析中国在运用此机制上的优势和劣势的基础上针对制约中国温室气体减排贸易的因素提出解决对策。
