Abstract：
随着AIDS在全球范围内的迅速蔓延,寻找有效的抗HIV药物成为研究的重点任务。作者主要综述了近10年来抗HIV药物作用靶点的研究进展,特别是以侵入融合过程、逆转录酶、蛋白酶及整合酶这几个位点,以及在这几个靶点上的传统中草药中抗HIV的有效成分,和已经用于临床及正在研发的一些抗HIV药物。
