挣值管理是现代项目管理中的一种有效方法,在建设项目中的应用已比较普遍,指出了传统挣值分析方法在项目进度分析中存在的不足,研究了关键路径法与挣值法的集成应用,提出了基于关键路径的挣值分析方法.
