Abstract:
从高校依法治校面临的形势出发,指出目前依法治校存在维度失衡的软肋,认为依法治校应通过科学决策、严格程序、完善机制等途径,切实提高教育行政人员这一特殊依法治校主体的行政执行力,从而全面提升依法治校水平,加快推进依法治校进程.
