近年来,随着全球工业化的发展,温室气体排放量增加,全球气候变暖,人类及其生存环境都受到严重的影响.为了抑制温室气体的排放,世界各国都开始采取各种措施.我国也在＂十一五＂中规定:到2010年末,污染物排放量下降10%.
