Abstract:

以Nb2O5为原料,采用一种新型的聚合物前驱体法制备了层状结构K4Nb6O17薄膜.经600℃以上的温度处理,得到了纳米晶的具有(040)取向的薄膜。XPS测量表明该薄膜的元素比K:Nb:O为4.08:5.99:16.77,符合K4Nb6O17的化学计量比。分解水制氢实验表明该薄膜具有良好的光催化性能。应用Boltzmann方程对产氢量的时间曲线进行了分析。结果表明,结晶性能直接影响了薄膜的产氢行为。
