基于当前城市防灾规划的情况,提出将高校校园纳入刚刚提上我国城市规划日程中的城市防灾体系的可能性,并以北京工业大学为例探讨了实现这种可能性的技术措施及优势如果能有更多的校园被纳入城市防灾体系中,那么对我国城市防灾体系的完善和公民防灾意识的增强会自很大的促进
