Abstract:
为了研制一台灯抽运单级输出高能高重频脉冲Nd:YAG固体激光器,采用理论分析影响激光器高能输出的主要参数,理论模拟输出功率与输入功率及反射率的关系,以及通过实验细节提高激光器效率等有效措施.研制出一台脉宽0.1ms~10ms可调,频率1Hz~1 kHz可调的灯抽运脉冲Nd:YAG激光器.该激光器在总注入电功率12kW时,输出最大单脉冲能量56J,最大平均功率500W;光束参数乘积为16.5mm·mrad;总体电光转换效率4.2%;输出功率稳定性±2%.实验结果表明,采用的理论分析及实验模拟与实验结果基本吻合,获得了高能激光输出.
