通过热力学计算及分析得出,高温铜液与环境中的水蒸气反应是铝青铜铸件形成气孔的主要原因,铜合金液中H、O含量之间呈广义双曲线函数关系.氢含量高则氧含量降低,反之亦然.据此,消除铜合金铸件针孔的工艺措施有两条途径:①在还原性气氛下进行熔炼.浇注前,炉内通入惰性气体除氢;②氧化性气氛下熔炼.浇注前,炉内用脱氧剂进行脱氧.
