今天,为了在激烈的市场竞争中获得优势地位,企业越来越重视成本管理.设备成本是企业运转成本的重要组成部分,采用LCC的理念可以有效的降低设备成本.文章应用实例对企业设备改造中应用LCC进行设备成本控制进行了比较和分析,并分析了主要影响因素对计算结果的影响.
