Abstract:
将拓扑优化中的ICM(独立、连续、映射)方法引入到变压器吊耳设计中;推导了吊耳孔边缘载荷的分布公式,并依据两种吊耳结构的有限元分析与拓扑优化结果,提出了两种新的结构设计方案.数值试验结果表明,改进后的新结构能够满足强度、刚度的要求,同时减轻了重量.
