Abstract:
针对传统注塑机在加工精度、加工效率上的不足,提出一种全电子注塑机的控制方案,介绍了基于SERCOS Ⅱ实时系统的运动控制方法,分析了实现注塑过程的高速高精度的硬件体系.在试验样机3个月的连续工作中.当周期循环时间为4ms,注射量最大达到80 cm3时,产品的成型周期能够控制在15s以内,注出产品的质量、精度均满足要求,表明该设计切实可行.
