本文运用灰色关联分析方法对外商直接投资中国钢铁产业与中国钢铁产业能耗之间的关联程度进行了测算,实证了中国钢铁产业从能耗的角度来看是需要外资的,从而对中国钢铁产业的引资政策提出了几点建议.
