Abstract：
本文基于住宅单元套型设计的特征,阐述了数量优化及模糊优选的基本概念和相互关系,分析了住宅单元功能空间的组合方式,确定了普通住宅单元套型功能空间的参数,应用数量优化的数学模型得到了其平面设计的最优解,并通过住宅单元套型设计的技术要点对经典套型进行了模糊优选.
