从生态学视角看,高新区是一个有机的整体,表现了和生物种群相似的行为特征.阐述了借用生态学原理进行高新区健康评价研究的科学性、可行性及其相应的评价方法,在分析高新区系统生态学特征的基础上,提出了生态学原理在高新区管理运用中的思路和框架.
