本文通过对我国蔬菜遭受日本技术性贸易壁垒的实例进行研究,从理论和实证中总结出在TBT的压力下,外向型农业生产模式转变的规律,并且对我国农业提高竞争力,走出国门参与国际竞争提出了政策建议.
