Abstract：
本文以博弈论为分析工具,研究企业在一定制度环境下的合作机理,得出通过合理的制度安排可以促进企业间基于信任的合作关系的建立.在构建企业收益分配模型的基础上,本文论证了企业间内部约束机制对合作稳定性的保障和促进作用.
