Abstract：
本文运用信号传递博弈模型分析了软件企业向风险投资公司传递信号以及风险投资公司接收信号的过程.提出由于产权不明晰以及其他外部因素的影响,软件企业发出的信号很难成为有效的传递信号,并针对软件业投融资的现状,提出了一些有益的建议.
