Abstract:
定性观察PGF2α对培养的人眼睫状肌细胞流体阻力的作用,以探讨PGF2α降眼压作用机制。用第4代传代第14天的人眼睫状肌细胞在Transwell上构成流体阻力模型,选取流速差异在15%以内的一对Transwell作为实验对象,观察浓度为2×10-7mol/L的PGF2α能否使流速较慢的Transwell的流速超过原流速较快者。共做三次并做不加药对照观察。实验组及对照组中流速较慢的Transwell的流速提高均未达到15%。因此浓度为2×10-7mol/L的PGF2α未能使经过本实验中培养的人眼睫状肌细胞的流体流速提高15%。
