介绍了iButton DS1990A的性能特点,以及以AT89S52为主控芯片、DS1990A为从机的电子标签模块的硬件、软件设计方法.该模块通过RS232通讯协议与智能诊断仪进行数据传输.该模块硬件结构简单,工作可靠,已成功应用于智能诊断仪中.
