Abstract：
针对视频文本图像,采用Shannon插值算法以及Niblack二值化算法进行图像增强.对Shannon插值算法进行改进,提高了算法效率;同时针对Niblack二值化方法中偏移量S提出了一种新的计算公式,从而形成改进的Niblack二值化算法.实验证明上述增强算法大大提高了OCR软件的文本识别正确率.
