Abstract:
本文通过采用He、Ar、N2、以及Ar和N2的混合气体作为保护气体,研究了不同保护气对CO2激光镀锌板焊接性的影响.研究发现激光深熔焊接时的临界屏蔽功率密度在很大程度上受保护气体类型的影响.焊缝的熔深、强度和成形性主要取决于保护气体的类型.
