Abstract：
随着我国高校就业指导工作的不断深入,对就业指导发展方向与改革措施的研究日趋成熟.其中,＂高校就业指导与培养系统一体化＂及就业指导工作＂全程化＂观点得到了人们的广泛认同,业界人士普遍认为只有将就业指导工作纳入高校教育培养系统,使其成为培养系统中不可缺少的一部分,才能从本质上解决目前大学生＂就业难＂问题.
