国产切书机在设计过程中,很少考虑切书机基础件的动态性能.当国产切书机在高速运转时,振动急剧加大,严重影响加工质量和工作效率.利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对切书机基础件进行模态分析,根据基础件的振型,对基础件结构进行改进,并对改进前后的结构进行谐响应分析,证明改进效果比较明显.
