在薄板铝合金变极性脉冲MIG中,两个电极材料均为冷阴极材料,电极发射电子困难,当极性发生变换时,尤其是在小电流过零时更容易出现电弧熄灭现象.针对此问题,设计了一种全桥式高压脉冲稳弧电路,可提供双向高压稳弧脉冲,在电弧过零时直流高压电源通过IGBT开关管施加了一个瞬间的高压脉冲,能可靠再引燃电弧,使变极性脉冲MIG的焊接过程不会出现断弧现象,保证了焊接过程稳定.
