Abstract：
采用以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂和溴源的新型溶胶-凝胶法制备了LaOBr纳米粒子,考察了制备过程中灼烧温度、反应介质、沉淀过程及水热过程等因素对产物LaOBr物理性质的影响,并利用X射线衍射、比表面积测定和高分辨扫描电镜等技术进行了表征.结果表明,所得LaOBr样品均为单相四方结构,形貌为羽毛状,比表面积最高可达26 m2·g-1以上.
