Abstract:
利用粉末装管法在不同温度、升温速率、加热时间等条件下制备了MgB2块材,并对其纯度、晶粒大小、临界电流密度等性质进行了研究.PPMS(物性测量系统)对样品的超导性质进行了测试,结果表明,随着烧结温度的提高,MgB2块材在高场区的临界电流密度反而减小;掺杂SiC纳米晶须可以改善样品的微结构,并提高临界电流密度,在900℃获得了最高的Jc(临界电流密度),在 20 K零场Jc值为3×105A/cm2.
