Abstract:
倍受关注的属于自身无化学污染源及无电磁污染源的容积型有阀压电泵工作时,将发生气穴现象,而且由气穴演化成的气泡将会从泵内流出.气穴的发生将产生噪声并缩短泵的寿命.流出的气泡也严重地影响到了它在医疗、卫生、保健等与输液、输血有关领域的应用.为此开发了一种立体阻网法.通过试验证明了立体阻网法有效地控制气穴的产生和消除气泡的流出,同时有效地抑制了噪声输出.从理论与试验两方面,分析讨论了填充阻网后,阻网层数、驱动频率与泵流量的关系.
