软件行业自身的特点,决定了研发人员的绩效难以得到准确衡量.本文在制定详实的评价标准的基础上,构建了评价指标体系,通过引用模糊数学中多级综合评判的基本理论,克服了软件研发人员绩效考核过程中难以量化的不足,更好地处理了在考评研发人员绩效中时常出现的模糊现象,尽可能切实地反映员工的全貌.
