Abstract：
随着社会不断进步,人口年龄结构也发生着变化,老龄化问题已经摆在我们面前.北京市65岁及以上人口所占比重,第四次人口普查时(1990年)只有6.3%,到了第五次人口普查时(2000年)便攀升到了8.4%,跨越了国际上公认的老年型人口标准线(该比重为7%).根据北京市人口变动抽样调查资料,2003年这一比重已跃升到11.2%.
