Abstract：
从20世纪60年代开始,国外不少学者开始研究中小企业的失败问题,并且取得了不少研究成果.在我国,研究中小企业失败问题的历史较短.目前,大多数研究集中在中小企业的融资问题上,而对于中小企业失败问题的关注很少.本文拟从研究中小企业失败问题的重要性出发,对中小企业失败问题谈几点看法.
