Abstract：
变极性等离子弧穿孔焊技术广泛应用于厚板铝合金构件的焊接.介绍了模块式铝合金变极性等离子焊接电源的构成、功能及特点.采用该电源对6～8mm厚铝合金试件进行了穿孔立焊工艺实验,结果表明:所设计的电源可靠性好、稳定性高,试件焊缝成形良好.
