本文通过建立技术创新能力的评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对北京制造业行业的创新能力进行了综合评价.结果显示,投入能力是影响北京制造业技术创新能力的最显著因素,而各类型制造业创新能力的排名符合一般规律.
