Abstract:
根据激光熔覆的特点,建立了激光熔覆应力场分析模型,对送粉激光熔覆过程应力场进行了有限元分析.分析结果表明,熔覆结束后熔覆层处于拉应力状态,但各个方向拉应力的大小不同.熔覆层材料沿熔覆方向发生的塑性拉伸变形,是造成熔覆层开裂的主要原因.提高基体预热温度可有效避免熔覆层开裂.
