Abstract：
采用溶胶-凝胶法将乙酰胆碱酯酶固定在醋酸纤维膜上,再将酶膜固定在聚四氨基钴酞菁(p-Co-TAPc)修饰的玻碳电极(GCE)上,制备了可应用于有机磷农药测定的生物传感器,采用计时安培法对有机磷农药(对硫磷、辛硫磷、氧化乐果)进行检测,检测限分别可达2.0×10-9 mol·l-1,1.4×10-9 mol·l-1和1.1×10-8 m01·l-1.
