Abstract:
介绍了原位XRD和原位XAS技术,综述了循环过程中正极材料发生的相变、电子结构及局域结构变化等方面的研究进展.充电时,LiCoO2和LiNiO2发生多次相变;Co、Ni价态升高,NiO6、CoO6八面体发生形变,但LiNi0.8Co0.2O2结构变化较小,表现出良好的循环性能.LiMO2(M=Co,Ni)和LiMn2O4材料中,对于Li+的脱出而发生的电荷补偿由过渡金属和氧原子共同分担,但在LiCoO2材料中氧原子贡献显著.在复合正极材料LiNi1-yMyO2(M=Co,Mn;0<y<1)中,Ni首先响应Li+脱出引起的变化.
