Abstract：
对铜/钢异种材料摩擦焊接头的强度无损评价方法进行了研究,利用小波包分析的方法对铜/钢摩擦焊接头的超声A扫描信号进行处理,计算出各频带上的能量值,找出了频带能量与微剪切强度之间的联系.研究表明,对超声A扫描信号进行小波包分析后,通过研究各频带上的能量值可判断接头局部区域的剪切强度情况,从而判断接头的结合质量.
