基于深圳地区的气象条件,模拟计算了两组不同住宅在五种计算模式下的建筑全年供暖空调能耗,分析比较了不同的计算模式对住宅热性能评价的反映状况.结果表明计算模式对住宅热性能的评价有显著的影响.
