砌体结构在我国是一种应用量大面广的传统结构形式.本文对＜砌体结构设计规范＞GB50003-2001较原规范GBJ3-88在提高砌体结构设计可靠度的必要性及其所作的重大调整进行了探讨,对新规范GB50003的学习、理解和贯彻执行有一定指导作用.
