本文在我国已建成高速公路收费、监控和通信系统的基础上,讨论为实现高速公路网的全程管理和全程信息服务应当进行的高速公路内部信息发布调度系统设计的研究,包括信息需求、系统的体系结构、软件结构和设计过程中应当注意的问题,为高速公路信息网的合理化建设进行了有益的探索.
