使用冷风、微量可自然降解油剂(植物油或脂油)和少量水,经喷雾形成的微量油膜附水滴切削液替代传统切削液,并在加工中心机床上与切削液分别采用微量油、微量水及乳化液的切削加工进行对比试验.试验结果表明,微量油膜附水滴切削液能使切削力减少30%左右,且具有良好的润滑和冷却效果,适用于切削加工.
