Abstract：
通过对全国六个省区的大量调研和参与小城镇的规划实践,从住房供给制度、住房更新方式和住房链等多角度对城乡二元住房制度进行对比分析,指出城镇化进程中现行的农村住房制度制约了村镇住宅建设的健康持续发展,亟待变革.同时,初步提出农村住房制度改革的若干建议.
