本文基于当前国内创业投资的发展环境,通过对北京地区最具代表性的北京高新技术创业投资公司运作实践的研究分析,提出了影响股权退出的主要因素和可供选择的退出方式比较,对探讨创业投资股权退出有一定参考意义.
