党的十六大为我国在新世纪的发展制定了宏伟目标.文章就十六大提出的我国经济发展目标问题从6个方面进行了探讨,分析了中国走新型工业化道路的3层含义,并提出了由传统工业化道路向新型工业化道路转变的8项举措.
