Abstract:
采用6 kW CO2激光器和同步送粉熔覆技术,在低合金结构钢20CrMo上成功地获得大面积的钴基合金涂层.通过金相显微镜,X射线衍射技术对熔覆层的组织进行了分析,并测试了显微硬度、抗弯强度、耐蚀性能.结果表明,钴基合金涂层组织细密,是由Co过饱和固溶体,CrB,M23C6等相组成,与硬质合金热轧辊相比,其硬度略微提高,抗弯强度相当,耐腐蚀性能更为优越.
