本文考虑城市交通阻塞发生的随机性,将交通需求视为随机变量,建立了高峰时间交通网络单元及系统畅通可靠度的基本概念,并以此作为路网运行状态的概率评价指标,提出了城市未来应有车辆保有量的评估方法.
