Abstract:
随着弧焊逆变电源的全数字化和软开关化,满足数字化控制系统要求的PWM发生芯片的设计成为技术发展的关键.文中在研究分析脉宽调制芯片工作原理的基础上,在Altera公司MAX+PLUS II集成开发环境下采用VHDL语言完成了数字PWM芯片的设计描述.软件仿真和功率试验表明设计的数字PWM芯片能够满足DSP快速信号传输和弧焊逆变电源中IGBT驱动的需要,具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、设计灵活的特点.
