Abstract:
采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜研究了Cu-Ti-B粉末在机械合金化过程中的结构变化.结果表明:Cu-Ti-B混合粉末随机械合金化时间的增加,粉末颗粒和α-Cu的晶粒尺寸不断细化、应变不断增加;机械合金化可以加大Ti和B在α-Cu中的固溶度,B的加入促进了Ti在α-Cu中的溶解,使Cu-Ti-B粉末机械合金化的进程加快.
