介绍了ELID磨削技术在精密加工中的开发应用.采用自行开发的ELID磨削工艺系统对硬质合金、工程陶瓷、高速钢进行精密镜面平面、内圆和外圆磨削,得到了表面粗糙度Ra=0.003～0.025μm的加工表面.
